Login Tips
The following is basic trouble shooting assistance. If you require any further assistance with accessing the site, please contact Technical Support.

Terms Definitions
Username A user name is a unique name that's assigned during your account creation. Usually, it's your first name initial, followed by last name (e.g. jsmith). Usernames are case-sensitive.
Password This is your secret code used to access the system. All passwords must be at least six characters long. Passwords are case-sensitive and may contain any combination of characters.
Forgot Your Password? If you have forgotten your password, please request a new one from technical support. This new password will be a temporary one and you will be required to change it immediately after the first login.

Here are some password tips:
  • Use words and phrases that are easy for you to remember, but difficult for others to guess.
  • Make it lengthy, combine letters, numbers, and symbols.
  • Make use of a variety of characters from the keyboard. Use upper and lower case characters by holding down the "shift" key.
System There are 2 types to choose from:

PC System Select this if you are using a Laptop or Personal computer (PC). Designed for devices with larger viewing area.
PDA Device Select this if you are using a Personal Digital Assistant (PDA) device, such as Palm Treo or BlackBerry. Designed for devices with limited viewing area.
Bookmark Page For easy future access, add the site to your favorites list. Simply click on the Bookmark Page link located on the Login form.
Menu If you already logged in a different browser window and you want to open some applications in a new window, simply click on the Menu link. There is no need to enter user name and password again.

Tip: If you cannot log in or when you do log in correctly, you are transferred back to the log in page: check your computer clock. If the time is set to a future date, log in session can never be established. Thus, you must set the correct time and try to log in again.
